O v\u00edrus se torna menos ativo, embora ainda esteja no corpo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Durante esse est\u00e1gio, as pessoas n\u00e3o apresentam sintomas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enquanto a infec\u00e7\u00e3o viral progride em n\u00edveis muito baixos. Esse per\u00edodo de lat\u00eancia <\/span><b>pode durar uma d\u00e9cada ou mais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Est\u00e1gio final<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fase final do HIV \u00e9 o est\u00e1gio 3, <\/span><b>mais conhecido como AIDS. Durante esta fase, o sistema imunol\u00f3gico est\u00e1 gravemente danificado e \u00e9 vulner\u00e1vel a infec\u00e7\u00f5es oportunistas.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depois que o HIV progride para o est\u00e1gio 3, os sintomas associados \u00e0s infec\u00e7\u00f5es podem se tornar aparentes. Al\u00e9m disso, o resultado leva at\u00e9 cinco dias para ficar pronto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Esses testes s\u00e3o de f\u00e1cil acesso e est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em cl\u00ednicas m\u00e9dicas, laborat\u00f3rios de an\u00e1lises cl\u00ednicas e unidades de sa\u00fade do SUS.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Import\u00e2ncia do diagn\u00f3stico precoce do HIV<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atualmente, segundo dados do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saude.gov.br\/noticias\/agencia-saude\/46096-hiv-aids-nao-fique-em-duvida-faca-o-teste-recomenda-o-diretor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cerca de 135 mil brasileiros vivem com HIV e n\u00e3o sabem, o que torna ainda maior o risco de cont\u00e1gio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isso porque, uma pessoa vivendo com HIV, que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 recebendo tratamento, pode transmitir o v\u00edrus mesmo que n\u00e3o tenha sintomas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para eliminar o risco de transmiss\u00e3o aos parceiros sexuais, o diagn\u00f3stico precoce e o tratamento adequado s\u00e3o fundamentais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>De acordo com o Centro de Controle e Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de Doen\u00e7as (CDC), a terapia antirretroviral pode levar \u00e0 supress\u00e3o do v\u00edrus e impedir sua transmiss\u00e3o.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o diagn\u00f3stico e o tratamento precoce evitam que o HIV progrida at\u00e9 seu est\u00e1gio final (Aids) e garante qualidade de vida ao portador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>O HIV \u00e9 uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade administr\u00e1vel, mas, se n\u00e3o for tratada a tempo, pode ser fatal.
